Dap Clothing Return Policy
At Dap Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as hassle-free as possible.

Return Eligibility
You may return items within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for
Custom-made or personalized items.

Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Package the item(s) securely, including a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) to our return address, which will be provided along with the RA number.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
